I bought the first three books and am extremely disappointed that I wasted $20. These are awful! I have no idea how this series could possibly get 4.5 star rating. Poorly written, simplistic, trite and so full of cliches that they are unreadable. I made it through book 2 to try and give them a chance but could not stomach them any longer. The good news is that it only took be about an hour to read each book so I did not waste too much time. One reviewer complained that they should have been warned that these books were written for junior high boys. I could not agree more. If you are over 14 stay away.Product details

Another fast and interesting read. Real important to have read book 1 first. A lot of intrigue building as different groups work towards a Mars colony.

This book is an excellent sequel. Sometimes I feel like it's actually happening, it reads so real and Im genuinely invested when I open it up. I enjoy the author's ability to tell such an exciting, realistic, suspenseful, and amusing story!! I can't wait for the next words!
Enjoyed the third installment of this exciting series! All about the adventures and obstacles along the way on the very challenging project of getting to Mars! Not just for the sci fi fans, this is a great, fast read for all who like a good story that combines genres to include suspense and humor. You're sure to be looking forward to Book 4!
Although not my favorite of the series due to the high tech volume, I know that there are readers out there that would appreciate that. I still found it very engaging and will definitely follow the series and the author.
A good bridge between Book 1, and hopefully Book 3. It developed our characters more, and introduced a few new 'twists' to the plot line. I'm looking forward to Book 3, and have ordered it for delivery in April when it will be released. Mr. Hargenrader is a good writer, and it's so refreshing to find a book that doesn't rely on violence to 'hook' the reader. I recommend the series, and I will be looking for other books by this author.
